The PPPPP is almost here, but there's still a lot that needs to be done!

Check out the What, Where and When section for the final details on the location and time.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the guide kiosk for the tour guides, and from Allison Button for the senate pages. The CIC and Rideau Hall will also be given tickets to sell.
Guides, Pages and CIC staff can bring one guest each if they provide names when they purchase their tickets in advance. Special arrangements can be made for hill employees who are neither pages nor guides.
The House of Commons Page Programme is no longer participating.

What's on the agenda for the next meeting

Thursday April 28, 5:00pm in 661S

Food - we need to determine how much exactly we'll be getting, where we'll keep it before the ball and who will pick it up and set it out
Ticket Sellers- we need to schedule who will be working which shifts at the ticket table
Alcohol and drinks - we need to determine who will be able to pick it up.
Other details - Finalizing the choices for decorations, when people will be able to come in and set things up, and other details
